Yoga & Meditation Training
This 14-day (13-night) training offers a balanced mix of theory, practice, and tutorials. You’ll gain a clear understanding of what yoga truly is and get an understanding of its transformative power. Although this course is not designed to make you a professional Yoga teacher (unlike a 200h course), it is a great starting point to explore traditional Yoga, improve your asana’s alignment and truly deepen your overall practice.

Yoga Alliance International Accreditation
Our Yoga training center is fully accredited by Yoga Alliance International (YAI).
Originally from India, YAI now operates in every continents with more than a dozen offices around the world and have registered schools and teachers in over 50 countries. With over 500 registered schools and over 15,000 registered teachers, they are the largest accreditation body for traditional yoga training worldwide. They represent a network of dedicated, like-minded people, devoted to the cause of authentic Yoga and are looking forward for you to join!
Aside from the YAI accreditation, Simon is also a ‘Yoga Evaluator’ certified by the Government of India through the Yoga Certification Board. He has passed the challenging YCB Level 3 exam set by the Ministry of AYUSH (Government of India) in April 2023 and is one of the only person in Bali to hold this certification.
